How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are sent out within 5-7 working days (unless being collected at an in person event). All orders are sent via RM tracked 48.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Shopify on the website. If you wish to purchase via another online payment method then please email the team at [email protected]

What is your return policy?

If your order is not personalised, then we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange as long as the item is unused and in it's original condition. We do not accept returns on personalised items if no longer wanted. Please visit our returns policy for more details.
